Ishi Mura

At Ishi Mura outlets, we use equipment specially shipped in from Japan and diners can be sure to taste authentic Japanese food.

We use a Ramen making machine called "Noodle Machine", as shown below, manufactured by Fuji Seikei,to create the Ramen noodle in the kitchen itself.


I am sure some of you might be "turned off" by the fact that machines are used to produce the noodles instead of using manual labour.

The equipments used were specially shipped in from Japan and with the usage of the machine, it ensures "skilled craftsman-made" quality noodles churned out and ready to cook in under 4 minutes.

The Noodle Machine is also used in many countries such as Europe and North America

Rest assured, Ishi Mura's Ramen tastes good.
